For those of you who care: I am 43 years old, I have four children; PJ (aka Jason), Leah (aka Snake), Sara (aka Kitten) and Anders (he's not old enough to have a "handle" yet, but I am sure it won't be long!) and one on the way. I am (as of May 7, 1999) married again, and I am very madly in love and married to one CRAZY Swede named Eje Gustafsson - giggle - and the following is a little bit more about me. |
My Passions:
I love Rock N Roll music - especially the "oldies but goodies" - like
the good music from the 60's 70's and 80's - some of what they try to
pass off as music today isn't much to my liking, although there are a
few good artists. Right now I think my very favorite artist is Bryan Adams,
and my favorite song from the "So Far So Good" album is "Everything I
Do" - although "Please Forgive Me" comes in a close second. I also have
a favorite song not from them, it is "Inspiration" by Chicago. You can

to the left.
I also love animals - mainly the "wierd" kind that not many people have, like ferrets, chinchillas, snakes, and the like. We have had, at one time, all of the above, plus and abundance of cats and goats, a dog, a bunny rabbit and a herd of goats.
Last but not least, my other passion is the WWW - and all of the wonderful things you can get from it and do with it. I love to chat, and I really like to write web pages. There are several that I maintain for profit, but a couple that I do just for the heck of it. This is one, and I also am responsible for the web side of NotAScout.NET, on which you will find some wonderful information about Girl Scouts - there are ceremonies, songs and coming soon, everything you always wanted to know about knots, but were afraid to ask (complete with pictures)
What I Do:
Along with my husband (aka Macahan), we own and operate Family
Entertainment Network, a local access Internet Service Provider (ISP
for short) and a computer sales and service store. My job there is mainly
the Accountant, Customer Technical Support and Webmistress, but I also
do some of the technical things (like building and repairing computers).
I would really like to have the time to learn some more about web-based
databases, either .asp or .php pages, but I just don't seem to have the
time with the kids and work and all.
Current Events:
For those of you who know me, I went to Sweden over Christmas - I had
a wonderful time and I really enjoyed myself - for those of you who would
like to see some pictures of my trip, you can find links to the "slide
show" here. You can find some pictures of our
wedding too. I would
really like to do more traveling, but I can't take off work that much
because there are only three of us. When one of us is gone, it makes it
hard on the others. So, I'll have to settle for a little now and more
later.
