ICQ Girl Form
Database Form and Instructions

Please fill out the form below to be added to the ICQ database. To search the database, please go to either the Girl Search or to the Adult Search. The form itself is pretty self-explanatory, but I have added a few words on each of the fields so that the database can remain on a pretty "standard" format!

ICQ Number ICQ Number - this is a REQUIRED field (what good would an "ICQ" list do if no one entered their number :^) - if you aren't sure what this number is, or don't have one, please visit the ICQ Homepage for more information
E Mail E-Mail Address - no, you don't HAVE to put your address here, but it would be nice - in case people don't want to install ICQ they will still have a way to get ahold of you!
Nickname Nickname - this is the nickname you go by on ICQ - if it is just your first name, please enter that information! - as the full listing of the database sorts by THIS column!
Real Name Real Name - my suggestion to you is if you are squeamish about putting up your full name, please at least enter your FIRST name!
State/Provence State/Provence - No, not required, but nice, just in case someone is looking for someone in a particular state/provence - also, PLEASE DON'T ABBREVIATE!!! - spell out your state or provence - people from other countries (and yes, there are several on this list) may not necessarily know that ID stands for Idaho or KS stands for Kansas!
Country Country - please pick your country from the Drop Down list - if I have left out your country, please leave the field blank, then e-mail me and I will add your country to the list and update your ICQ listing (please be sure to include your ICQ number in the e-mail so I can find you in the database again!)

Comments Please feel free to add anything you would like to say about yourself or your level of GS/GG or what kind of troop you have, or anything else!

Please feel free to add all or any of the Girl Guides/Girl Scouts on the ICQ list to your own contact list - I am going to start encouraging everyone to put GGGS ICQ into the reason so that we will know it is from one another. - This is a wealth of untapped infomation available to all on the list - it is free for the asking, please take advantage of it!
