About
FEN
Family Entertainment Network originally opened
as an ISP in October of 1996, and opened our Computer
Sales and Service section of our company on February
7, 1997. Family Entertainment Network was started
to provide a clean, wholesome, on-line service
free from the questionable topics found in society
today. We are here for the whole family to use
and enjoy. With your help we can make this a great
system. We are dedicated to providing the highest
level of customer service and are striving to
perform above our customers' expectations.
FEN is owned and operated by Eje and Beverly
Gustafsson. If you would like to know a bit more
about us, please visit our staff
page.
Here is what some of our customers have said
about us: (reprinted with permission, unsolicited
testimonials)
- "I appreciate the fact that
you guys really work at keeping
things up to date and with as little
down time as possible. I especially
appreciate the fact that you UPGRADE
your equipment all the time and my
internet experience is made so much
more pleasant. My Mom has another
company and she is constantly dumped
from the internet. I just wanted to
let you know. I always tell everyone
I know that you are the BEST in town."

- "You guys work hard to keep
us up and running and we appreciate
it. Keep up the fire!" -

- "One of the best aspects of
having FAMENT as an internet provider
is the service the two of you provide
your customers. I can only speak on
my own behalf, but just wanted you
to know that I appreciate the service
that you both provide. The service
I am referring to includes both the
times I call when I have minor problems
and you help me solve the problems
telephonically and the times when
it becomes necessary to bring in the
equipment to you to be fixed in your
shop. Many thanks...."

- "I want to thank the Family
Entertainment Network for their excellent
job in blocking viruses. I have not
once seen a virus by e-mail thru my
domain of twgazette.com [hosted by
fament.com] and I'm grateful for that.
Today in my ISP's e-mail address,
I received the Sir Cam virus and immediately
deleted it right after my Virus Scanner
picked it up soon as the download
was complete. To top it of, the virus
was sent to me by someone from my
OWN ISP. I will be notifiying my ISP
when the office re-opens on Tuesday
of this fact that Sir Cam is still
going around locally and they should
do something about it. Again, thanks
to Eje and Bev for a fine job in virus
screening :)"
